They lied to me about the cost of the exam. They told me it was covered; I guess not. No wonder it is the only place in town I was told would take this insurance. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE! They are liars and thieves.
After Nike started promoting athletes that disrespect our countries flag Southwestern Eye Center started promoting Nike. I went there a couple of weeks ago, half the staff was wearing Nike Football Jerseys and they had placed a display case in the lobby with sunglasses and a Nike logo. I will not spend my money here anymore!
My husband had cataract surgery on both eyes done by Dr. Petersen. What a wonderful experience! He was treated wonderfully by both the doctors & the staff. They were caring, professional & efficient. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone. 5 stars in our book!
Did the wrong test not the one ordered by the Dr. so they had to try over. Dr. said come back in 4-6 weeks for a check up and 2 more tests. Booking said we cant give you 1 appointment for both tests we will have to give you 2. I said "I'm just a poor old retired veteran I cant afford $60 for 2 appointments. I can only afford 1 @ $30". So she double booked one of the tests I bet I'm going to be there a long time!!
