Dr. Lear is quite possibly the friendliest Doctor I've ever been too. He listens, takes time to ask questions and helps with finding a result to the problem. Looks you in the eye when he's speaking to you, which is important to me he's not just looking at his laptop the entire visit. He's a great doctor with a wonderful bedside presence. Highly recommend!

I presented to him with a pinched nerve originating in my neck that causes numbness into my fingers. Ongoing for 4 years now. He did NOTHING! Took the time to even say well it's not like you're a major league pitcher so we are going to send you to physical therapy. That's usually a last resort when you can't resolve the issue. This was the first and last time I will ever see this guy for sure. He needs to retire if he isn't going to treat your patients.

Dr. Lear helped me during a very difficult time and helped me achieve short term relief and a long term plan to help with my issue. I would recommend his practice and expertise to anyone that I meet. I would give more stars if I could.
