We had a very very bad experience with Dr. Lindzon. He was not able to detect our daughter’s pneumonia and always sent us back saying everything is ok even when she had high fever for a week straight. Thanks to Sick kids and the doctor there who was able to diagnose that and she was admitted right away. Dr. Lindzon was almost unbothered and didn’t care about our situation.
Reception could be much more helpful. I had a simple question that needed to be verified with Dr. Lindzon, but they did not provide any support. I hope the clinic can improve their service.
He is an amazing doctor. Always very punctual. When you leave a voice message they always return your call. This is the system that works for them and I have no complaints about it.
