The most important reason to go to a particular dentist is because you trust he or she is a good dentist. Drs. Schneider and Cregger definitely pass the test on that one. Then there is the experience. How long do I have to wait? Do they send appointment reminders? How do I get treated by the staff? I started with a toothache on late Saturday evening and was still bothering me somewhat on Sunday. They start their days at 4:30 AM. I awoke with a dull throbbing at 5:15 AM on Monday morning and decided to give the office a call to see if I could make an appointment to come in during the day. They answered their phone immediately and told me to come right in and they would make it work. I ended up receiving a root canal and had my teeth cleaned at the same time. The staff is always there and are very professional and nice.
