I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Aaron Bellew and his amazing surgical team at St. Clair Hospital. I suffered a serious trimalleolar ankle fracture during vacation and needed emergency surgery with multiple plates and screws that will remain lifelong. Amazing and caring physician. I couldn’t walk for eight months and went from ortho to ortho. When I finally came in to see him, he said it’s my back and not my ankle on my foot sent me to a neurologist for the nerves and a back specialist. I am walking without crutches finally. He didn’t try and get me to come to many Visits or do unnecessary testing
Dr. Bellew is great. The only podiatrist that gave me a pair of orthotics that’s didn’t hurt my feet. He listened to my concerns and helped me come up with a plan.
One of the most attentive, caring & kind doctors I’ve ever seen. With having a rare genetic disorder, it’s comforting to know Dr Bellew is familiar with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome & modify my surgeries so they’re more successful for my bodies needs. He’s also got a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel like I am in good hands.
I saw Dr. Bellew over the past year and a half. He was very helpful in preparing me for surgery and setting realistic expectations for outcomes and the healing process that would follow. Dr. Bellew is very active in his patients' recovery and care, and is a prompt and professional doctor. I highly recommend his service!
