I have a been a patient of Dr. Poleck's for about 10 years. I have had minimal to no problems i.e. no cavities. I had 'perfect teeth' (i.e. no cavities, root canals, or crowns). On January 18th, I was eating pizza and heard a crunch. I had trouble eating the next day and was in severe pain. On January 20th, my husband and I both called the office since I work as a nurse and I was working that day. The office staff need A LOT of training. They either don't care or don't know. I recently had an exceptional experience at Aaron Poleck DMD’s office. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The office staff is outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to every detail. A special shoutout goes to Emily, the dental assistant, who made me feel at ease with her expertise and comforting approach.
