I have a been a patient of Dr. Poleck's for about 10 years. I have had minimal to no problems i.e. no cavities. I had 'perfect teeth' (i.e. no cavities, root canals, or crowns). On January 18th, I was eating pizza and heard a crunch. I had trouble eating the next day and was in severe pain. I recently had an exceptional experience at Aaron Poleck DMD’s office. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The office staff is outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to every detail. I have this dentist a long time . After Covid the office changed their front staffs. Those staffs ( two girls Brianna and Emily) think that they are the dentist and they know everything. My husband had an appointment at 1 pm and I confirmed with Briana twice. On Monday, ( the appointment day) The office called us and said it was 9 am and they don't have anything until end of September. The office blamed us not show and denied any upcoming visit. When examining the young patients/children/teens Dr. Aaron Poleck appears to be in a rush always for some unknown reason. May be he is going to miss a flight or train or something like that. Also, this practice does not keep drinking water for the patients whether filtered water in a cup or bottled drinking water which is really very unusual.
