Mr. I have to agree with all of the above comments regarding this office. The receptionist has to be the "Most Rude" person I have come across in a long time. Do not waste you time or money at this place. They have hidden fees that I have never encountered at any other Optometrist office. exp. was told to return in 2 weeks to have a follow up then they would give me my contact prescription. Rip-off I went to this office simply for the convenience. I made the appointment and everything was fine. The nurse is just as sweet as she can be but the other girl in there acted like any work she had to do disgusted her and you were intruding on her personal time. I got my prescription and was told that I needed toric lenses but wanted to check the price difference first before committing myself to a more expensive lens (since I was getting new glasses anyway). Not Helpful at All! I agree with the previous comment that was made. I, too, called because I needed to make an appointment but in the time between speaking with them and seeing the doctor requested one contact. The staff promised to call me back due to high volume of customers in the facility. Well!! I am still waiting on that call. The level in their voices tell they are not concerned with their patients. Unprofessional Team I have had a few bad experiences here and didn't want to take the time to find another eye doctor so I just continued to go to this small office, but now I am compelled to leave. This last occasion to the office was for an eye infection. He treated me for the infection pretty well, but later I had a question for him because of my eye infection coming back and I could not reach him.
