Dr. Thomson is friendly and answered all my questions. The day of my surgery he went over everything with me again and made sure I understood what he was going to do.
Dr Thompson gave me a thorough and detailed exam with my Achilles tendonitis issue. His bedside manner is warm and thoughtful.
Office staff Assistants Dr ThompsonAll great
Great staff very quick
Surgery went well and entire Elite team was responsive in getting documents completed and all the steps needed for a successful surgery. Dr. Thomson takes time to go over procedures and long range plan for healing and getting back on your feet!
I will say that as pleased with the nursing staff and Dr Thompson as I am, I have polar opposite feelings about reception. I got turned around coming off the exit in Brentwood at lunchtime that put me behind, but not past their'grace period'. I was greeted with a scowl and was asked' Did you call anyone to let them know you would be late.......'. No Hi or welcome.
The friendly office employees. Everyone took their time explaining everything
He’s very skilled and came highly recommended. He talks to you not over you and has great bedside manner. He operated on my foot which happened to be my 15th bilateral foot surgeries and has been the best doctor so far!
Having seen three highly respected doctors for my Achilles tendonitis, Dr. Thomson recommended PRT (platelet replacement therapy). I had tried three different doctors along with three different physical therapists for over a year, with no relief. He took the time to explain the different options after looking at my MRI. He recommended PRT, but didn't oversell it. He said it would take 4-6 weeks to notice a difference, and on week six I felt better. I'm now playing tennis with no pain. I would highly recommend his services.
