Our pool heater wasn't working so we called DQ. They had someone in the area who came over that day and repaired the heater. We highly recommend.
Wow! Great service! I called on Monday after hours for service. Left a message and Donald called back about an hour later. He thought they could get out in a couple of days…but came out the next day. Fixed my pool heater in a flash! Billing was efficient and easy. Great experience all around!
Don is an amazing technician. I called him in the morning and arrived at his house by the afternoon. He took no more than an hour to fix my pool pump and all my equipment. After a week and three technicians, I was beginning to lose hope in my Aqualink system, and the stress was building up. But I must say, this guy is a wizard. I’m so grateful. Thank you again for saving me.
Called him on Sunday afternoon after the first hurricane killed my pump, he answered and replaced it within a day, built it up, and made it so that I could take it out and save the new one during Milton. He even checked in after that. Would give 10 stars if possible, excellent service.
This is a company I would highly recommend… Donald and his son were extremely professional… went above and beyond… the best!
