We had a wonderful experience with DQ's Pool Repair! Our chlorinator was leaking and I received a reply from Don to my late afternoon inquiry within an hour, with an appointment offered first thing the next morning. Jamie arrived on time and completed the repair very quickly. He was a very professional and skilled technician, and pricing was fair and reasonable. This was our first time doing business with DQ's Pool Repair I will definitely be using them for all future repairs and equipment. Thank you Don and Jamie!
Our pool heater wasn't working so we called DQ. They had someone in the area who came over that day and repaired the heater. We highly recommend.
Wow! Great service! I called on Monday after hours for service. Left a message and Donald called back about an hour later. He thought they could get out in a couple of days…but came out the next day. Fixed my pool heater in a flash! Billing was efficient and easy. Great experience all around!
Don is an amazing technician. I called him in the morning and arrived at his house by the afternoon. He took no more than an hour to fix my pool pump and all my equipment. After a week and three technicians, I was beginning to lose hope in my Aqualink system, and the stress was building up. But I must say, this guy is a wizard. I’m so grateful. Thank you again for saving me.
Called him on Sunday afternoon after the first hurricane killed my pump, he answered and replaced it within a day, built it up, and made it so that I could take it out and save the new one during Milton. He even checked in after that. Would give 10 stars if possible, excellent service.
