The management of this company is abysmal. Everything is kicked back to the renter they manage property like it’s the 1970s only taking paper checks and they refuse to provide a monthly bill saying they “don’t do that”. What respectable company rents property and doesn’t provide the renter with a monthly bill and a payment portal???? Not happy with these folks. Our rep RARELY returned phone calls, and when she did, it was very late. Also, they represented the other side and let the buyer know we would likely take less for our property since we had not had an offer in over a year. Not cool, but also against the rules. Steer clear of this company. From the staff that answers the phone to Laurie Wier and Jack Beasley in the office we are quite pleased. Very personal approach and amazing fast responses to email ( even when Jack was on vacation he responded). Although it was a business deal it was without stress and very thoughtful when an issue arose. Thanks to the entire team.
