I had a water leak for over 2 and a half weeks. The A/C was backed up an leaked water over the slippery stained concrete, from one room in to several rooms. The source of the leak was in the washing room/storage area. It ruined clothing and other things that I had to claim via renters insurance. Two weeks in a row they sent a service technician that, just shop vacuumed the water up.
