Honestly the worst. Asked for a simple watch fix (pressing the back cover on) she chastised me for three minutes and then refused to do it. I was going to spend more money on jewelry there too until she refused. Very strange interaction, no business acumen or customer service to speak of.
This store has good prices for jewellery and repairs
Had an overall good experience here. Came in to get a watch battery replacement and they did it with no problems. Quick and simple.
