Terrible and I mean ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. took 2 hours for 2 calzones? are you insane?? slow, cold terrible service ect I could go on and onÂ
I really wanted to like it but it was all just dough and dry very disappointed and unsatisfiedÂ
My family always orders from here. This is the second time we have had food delivered and the driver didn't have change. The driver said since he didn't have change he was going to give me a 5.00 credit the next time we ordered. My other concern was when the driver arrived to my door we answered it and he looked higher than a kite.Â
Have to check the food before leaving the building when picking it up. Ordered on a phone, added extra side sauce and “hook it up” - got charged for both but neither were actually added. I’m not driving back for side sauce, maybe it’s the intention to overcharge customers this way. Issue persists over years, was hoping it got better and these issues were solved.
