We had an excellent experience with Phil at D&P Auto Sales in Merrick! We brought a car (Infiniti QX60) to sell to him and he gave us a very fair price, which was a little higher than the dealerships were offering (since they would have sold to auction) and therefore worth our while to bring it to him instead (where he re-sells it on his lot directly).
