I have been a patient here for over 20'years and just came home to see they have sent me to collections and affected my credit for a past due balance of $9.80 that I didn't even know I owed. What a disgrace that no one in the office could have called to let me know there was a balance! If I were an employee there, I would have paid someone's bill under $10 rather then send them into collections!!! Shame on you!
