No one bothers to call you back. I have left 3 messages to get the results of a test involving a heart monitor. I received a summary from the hospital the next day. I need someone to interpret it for me. It’s been close to 3 weeks. Obviously don’t care.
I’ve been a patient in this practice for over 20 years. Recently, I had a physical with Dr. Hemple. Super friendly doctor very knowledgeable! Today I had a respiratory issue I’ve been battling with for two weeks. Extremely efficient office staff got me a same-day appointment with Dr. McCormick. Spent quality time listening to me and diagnosing the issue. I am extremely happy and thankful for the excellent patient care I have received!
I had a colonoscopy scheduled. They canceled the procedure and then proceeded to bill me for a $150 no show. I can't get any help with this bill because they hide behind some "open access" group.
Walk away from this place! A month ago I had sent a personal message to Dr. Gaibler (my personal physician), asking for a referral. I needed special bloodwork done for a very critical, time-sensitive, personal situation. I was completely ignored. Since then I called four times the office to remind them of my message. I was with Dr G. for over 20yrs he`s type of doctor who truly cared about his patients. He always went above and beyond when it came to my health and well being. But ever since his office became affiliated with Doylestown hospital the quality of patient care left much to be desired. The staff are incompetent beyond belief. IE: I scheduled my annual physical in June this year and had told the staff member to send blood work order to labcorp.
