This is my husband's doctors office. The doctors he's seen have been very good. However, our last experience has left us making a switch to a new doctor. I called a week ago for a prescription renewal, I understand there was a holiday in the last week, but as of this morning there has been no medication renewal nor have they left a message as to what is going on. Horrible. You will never speak to anyone, never get a message returned, never get scripts filled, test results etc. They can’t even look up your info in the system let alone treat your needs as a patient. There is no customer service. Your’e sent to voicemails no matter what you do & will go ignored for months on end. Truly garbage. **Debra the receptionist is useless, won’t let you speak & her response to anything is “i don’t work there, im sending you over to voicemail.” This place & staff are a waste.
This practice is absolutely horrible. Trying to get thru for a simple physical. Was told to not call until July. I call and I'm put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on.
This office is terrible!!! They don’t return phone messages and you can’t get thru the phone system to make an appointment!! There is no follow up when you need scripts for mri or referrals. So disappointed in the staff at this office!
Front desk/receptionist staff that I spoke to via phone to schedule a new patient visit was extremely rude, snippy, and short. She was not the slightest bit helpful whatsoever and basically hung up on me. Not sure how the doctors are here, but for the people/person that answer the phones - I won’t be scheduling a visit here now. So unacceptable and unnecessary
