This doctor’s office has been a nightmare. The overall atmosphere is rude and unprofessional. At the front desk, one lady with dark hair is very sweet, but the other lady, light-skinned with light hair, is flat and robotic. The doctor, Dr. Dubois, is also difficult to deal with. One word COLD!!! At one point, one doctor told me I had wax in my ear and needed to come back. I made an appointment with another doctor, and suddenly overnight, the wax was gone. I've been a patient for decades. I love Dr Koellhoffer, she is extremely caring and really listens and makes good suggestions but, that is true or the PAs, NPs and other docs here too. Very happy to be a patient here
I no longer feel that my primary care provider of 20 years can supply even basic tools for help. I’m out. Doylestown Health / Penn medicine has been on a downward path for a couple years now. It seems they’ve taken on the riff raff of larger problems. Ive held out there for an extra decade because…well…cause it was familiar. Switching to St.Lukes. Good bye to D-town. What a let down.
I really enjoy having Dr Molly Davis as a doctor. She is thorough and experienced. However the front desk staff could use some training in customer service. Everytime I go: no smile, eye rolls, and curt responses every time I talk to them.
I left this practice today feeling extremely upset and disappointed. The receptionist was flat-out rude — she refused to make eye contact, asked me to repeat myself several times without acknowledging me, and her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, my appointment with Dr. Katie Dubiel was just as disappointing. She showed little warmth, gave almost no explanation of my symptoms, and her tone was curt and condescending.
