I really enjoy having Dr Molly Davis as a doctor. She is thorough and experienced. However the front desk staff could use some training in customer service. Everytime I go: no smile, eye rolls, and curt responses every time I talk to them.
I left this practice today feeling extremely upset and disappointed. The receptionist was flat-out rude — she refused to make eye contact, asked me to repeat myself several times without acknowledging me, and her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, my appointment with Dr. Katie Dubiel was just as disappointing. She showed little warmth, gave almost no explanation of my symptoms, and her tone was curt and condescending. I had an appointment today which I had waited for quite a while. I came in with a mask on and stood on line to check in. A front desk lady did not even acknowledge me ad flatly demanded my insurance card and ID card w/o even looking at me. I had congestion, sore throat and was a little bit flushed/sweaty from walking. First time at this practice and I will never leave. Front desk was friendly and worked with me through insurance issues, Dr. Koellhoffer was immensely helpful with diagnostic and has given me a great deal of help in just one appointment.
