I recently returned from travel with new onset Covid. Dr. Patel responded promptly to my after hours call and prescribed Paxlovid. She was professional, thorough and very pleasant. This doctor’s office has been a nightmare. The overall atmosphere is rude and unprofessional. At the front desk, one lady with dark hair is very sweet, but the other lady, light-skinned with light hair, is flat and robotic. The doctor, Dr. Dubois, is also difficult to deal with. One word COLD!!! At one point, one doctor told me I had wax in my ear and needed to come back. I made an appointment with another doctor, and suddenly overnight, the wax was gone. I've been a patient for decades. I love Dr Koellhoffer, she is extremely caring and really listens and makes good suggestions but, that is true or the PAs, NPs and other docs here too. Very happy to be a patient here
