I had the good fortune to meet Dr. Justin Philip early on Monday morning January 26th during the weekend snow/ice storm. He came by to explain my impending surgery which was recommended by the Emergency Department after 2 multi-hour attacks of acute cholecystitis on January 23rd and 24th. Although this was our first meeting Dr. Philip was very patient and explained the procedure in great detail to me and my wife. I had a cancerous tumor on my outer abdomen wall and a hernia. Dr Philip was awesome. I was told I could possibly have a lot of pain with this surgery. As it turned out I didnt have any pain at all. I couldn't believe it and I'm cancer free. I would definitely recommend Dr Philip.
