I just wanted to share some feedback. After the inspection, I received a very high number of messages and calls from Doyle Spillane. While I understand the need to follow up, the volume felt a bit overwhelming and, to be honest, slightly annoying. Additionally, the application was approved around 12:00 pm, and I was advised that I had until 2:00 pm to pay two weeks’ rent to secure the property. The short timeframe, combined with the volume of contact, added extra pressure to the process
We’ve had a wonderful experience with our lease through this real estate agency. The team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring from the very beginning. Any questions or requests were handled quickly, and the communication has always been clear and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and positive renting experience!
