Terrible customer service. Called because Alarm would not stop ringing due to a faulty carbon monoxide alarm. I had the fire department come in and confirm that there was no gas leak. Unfortunately the alarm can not be silenced. We have been with Doyle for 9 years. When I called to request a tech come out to fix the issue we were told we would have to pay an almost 200 dollar fee since this happened on the weekend. I have been a Doyle customer for 5 years, and can't wait for my contract to end. Beyond their expensive equipment, is extremely poor customer service. If you enjoy listening to music while your on hold, just call Doyle's customer emergency hotline. Thankfully I have never called with an intruder in the house, or I probably would be dead. I usually experience 3 to 5 minute wait times on hold. My would advise calling the hot line a few time before you sign on for Doyle's service. Good luck,
