I chose this company based on the BBB rating and the positive reviews. Mike came out, I explained what I wanted done, and he emailed a bid. It was acceptable and asked him to do the work. The work that was done was very nice and I was happy with it. However, there was a misunderstanding about one portion of the job. Mike stated he would need to charge me an additional $75 - $100 to add the rock I thought was being added in the first place. I told him I was willing to pay that. I submitted a bid, it was excepted. I did the work, the customer says it is a good job. the customer asked about a small area that was discussed but not bid on. I told the customer I would do it cheap, sometime soon, maybe Friday or Saturday July 28 or 29. The original job was only completed 2 weeks ago. A complaint to BBB seems a little premature??
