This doctor refused to return my calls. This includes the office staff and nurse. I started going in 2020. Everything was ok until the last year when no one would answer the phone or it would just go dead if someone did answer. My pcp tried for two weeks to get in contact with someone, and this was after I tried to file a report after I was refused an appointment. 8am appt was seen at 9:15, seemed knowledgeable but needs a refresher on his people skills 101! Not empathetic at all and bullied around his resident that made us uncomfortable. Prepare yourself for not being seen anywhere close to your scheduled time!!! This seems to be the norm across the board in any medical field though their time is more important than ours!!!
