Dr. Lyell got my lower back in when no one else could! I was amazed and I still am with every visit. I have also had massages there too, they are great and so relaxing. Pairing an adjustment along with a massage is the best idea! I suggest that you make an appointment if you are having pain or just for routine maintenance.
Thank God for Dr. Lyell from ProActive Chiropractic & Rehab. When my body starts talking to me with the aches and pains of fibromyalgia or the neck stiffness and headache from a semi accident, he helps me to get on a much healthier path. He also takes the time to describe and show me strategies, exercises, and/or stretches that will help at home. My quality of life is improved and I am able to stay active.
