bride and groom are very satisfied – I love their estate selection and the new collection is fabulous. My fiance (now husband) and I picked out a stunning wedding band from their new collection and had it made. When I saw it the night before our departure for our wedding, it was not as I remembered. We contacted them upon our return and they made sure that we were satisfied. I would definitely buy from them again.
My favorite place in the world! – I love this store! They have an amazing collection of jewelry- from really weird, to outrageously beautiful, to practical and wearable. Their collection is so large that they don't have room to display it all in the show room. But the sales people are all really nice and helpful. They will bring hidden treasures out from the safe to show you. It is like going to a museum where they let you touch the art!
Doyle and Doyle, not helpful. – I went to resize and shank a engagement ring which I got from a different store. It is platinum . That was o.k. . After the ring got shanked by Doyle and Doyle it bent exactly where they shanked it. I asked for detailed information and the women was not helpful at all. Great Jewelry and Frightening Service!!! – The jewelry at Doyle & Doyle is fine and original but the service is unpredictable. On my first visit to the store, I was sure I was going to buy my engagement ring there.
