I have a specialty van that has been broken for a year now. They continue lying said they had the parts but never the right one over the last year. Finally 2 months ago they said they found the parts for the sliding door. So I brought it in. After 2 months I get it back today in the same condition I brought it in as 2 months ago. I would not recommend them for any service needs on special vans. Local mom and pop shop did better work.
I’ve been buying from Doyle for many years, and getting Ram trucks from them has always been easy and enjoyable. Every experience has been a great one. My most recent visit was just as smooth and hassle-free, they had a wide selection of inventory to choose from. Will send ppl there.
Would rate 0 if possible. Purchased vehicle at partnered dealership several years ago and every service appointment has been a fight for them to do anything except waste time and/or ignore what i was reporting. Took nearly 6 months to get an invoice that was missing key details and misrepresented condition of vehicle upon initial visit, after providing negligent advice that put me at risk on the road when refusing to diagnose my vehicle power loss issue because "the check engine light wasnt on so they had nowhere to start". ... read more
