I wrote a glowing review years ago and have bought 4 brand new vehicles from Dodge Doyle over the years. Ever since the buyout, the dealership has really gone downhill. Everything is painful to try to get answers or good customer service. Most recent service was booked over a month in advance for 2 different “jobs”. Sat at the dealership for almost an hour until they called (again I was sitting at the dealership) to let me know that the couldn’t do anything for me.
