🤮🤢This place is horrible they are infested with cockroaches and I had to get rid of all of my furniture, Other tenants in the building said they have to make a cleaning schedule once a week and they take their kids to their grandma's house to bleach the apartment you shouldn't have to bleach your apartment once a week. The landlord is ridiculous and the maintenance is terrible they never fix any problems my AC went out 6 times within 4 months. In my opinion you should never rent an apartment at the Doyle bland building!!
The apartment is dirty, floor boards are lifting, window is cracked, and LOTS OF COCKROACHES. Management rarely returns phone calls or messages about these issues and does a terrible job fixing them. Rent is not worth it.
Nice business offices close to the courthouse.
