I can't really state what the quality of work done by this company is like. I can't even tell you how well they do estimates. Here is my experience with this company... I contacted them via their web form in late June 2023, their response was sent to my spam folder so I didn't respond for 5 days...that's on me, I should have checked the folder sooner...but I did respond less than a week later confirming a tube window when they could come by for an estimate. We used Doxy to replace 15 of our windows, and our front and back door. Lilian is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
