I have had great experiences with the maintenance guy, John. He is kind and tends to any maintenance issues in a timely manner. However, the leasing team messed up when my lease started when they transitioned to a new online system with an incorrect balance owed. Additionally, several individuals smoke weed in their units on Eutaw Pl and it permiatiates throughout the building. I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with this company if you want healthy air quality.
Don't ask for Nick....left last year and he was not a good building manager. We've had three since he left...he did nothing. 7 years and our building is falling apart I was told to leave before I reported the rats that had invaded the building. And there are still residents left in the building. I do stay in touch. No renovations have been done still. I have been gone almost 2 years and you respond today...Sad
They owe me $200 for a hold fee and have been ignoring my emails and calls for over 2 weeks. Beware. Their response below says they responded to my email. There is no response in my inbox. I am also attaching a screenshot where in a previous email they said the $200 would be refunded so their response to my review below is a lie. What now?
Scheduled tours three times and all canceled for no reason. (FYI they were canceled on the showing day) No phone call, they don’t even have a number.
Current resident, new to the area. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Shervone. Excellent service, she was very prompt, professional, kind and made the entire process go as smooth as possible. The new apartment that I'm renting is just lovely. She really put me at ease moving here and was very informative and patient while walking me through the process that I wasn't really familiar with such as the pay pal online payment.
