Scheduled tours three times and all canceled for no reason. (FYI they were canceled on the showing day) No phone call, they don’t even have a number.
Current resident, new to the area. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Shervone. Excellent service, she was very prompt, professional, kind and made the entire process go as smooth as possible. The new apartment that I'm renting is just lovely. She really put me at ease moving here and was very informative and patient while walking me through the process that I wasn't really familiar with such as the pay pal online payment. Ms. Shervone responds to my messages and fulfills my request in a timely manner . If it wasn’t for her I would not still be leasing with downtownian . I’ve been with them for 4 years and I’ve had minor problems . Since Ms. Shervone came she’s been doing her best to fulfill my request. I overall will give the company a 6/10 only because of Ms. Shervone . The other ratings are due to the higher management.
