I always enjoy coming to the YMCA and working out, swimming, or playing racquetball.
I love coming to the YMCA I have been coming here to downtown YMCA since 2004 I have been going to the walks a Hachi YMCA since 1993 that is the first place I learned how to swim the YMCA he has taught me a lot and it has really brought up my self-esteem and he has taught me that I can do anything even playing basketball at the downtown YMCA in Fort Worth being the only girl playing with a bunch of guys the YMCA gave me a chance and I really was able to prove that you can do stuff when you are in good physical shape
