The Downtown Y is a wonderful place filled with friendly people and a great facility!
So much available for exercise at the Downtown YMCA -- for all groups -- and much of it is geared for senior citizens. We especially like the yoga classes conducted by Lorie.

The people are incredible and the pool is amazing.....always fun.....it's like going to visit friends.

Location, facilities and staff
Yes, the YMCA is a great place to without... when I lived in Ft.Worth I would go early at 5:30 am workout, shower and head to my 8:30 to 5pm job in the city. There staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. Thank you
