I go twice a day..and love it.. Great new machines.. Great environment ..staff is really coo and always happy to help with questions
Love the Downtown Y. A block from work. It's so big with so many stations. What really makes it for me is the people. Helpful, engaging trainers and a diverse base from all walks of life.
The staff is professional and friendly. The gym is way better than expected. It's beautiful and a great location. I'm excited about my health choice.
