I've been here a few times for my cats since moving to Jersey City. At first they seemed great although a bit pricey. After this last visit, I'll find a new office to go to. Receptionist is rude and condescending and if I'm spending over $600 dollars, at least I should get respect.
After being a client for many years, this business turned away me & my cat, who was suffering from a massive abscess, because I didn’t own a cell phone...smfh. It was during the height of the pandemic & no one could enter...more reason to think outside the box. Other clients, waiting outside, were shocked as well. When I went to Hoboken Vet, after seeing my cat’s condition, they too were shocked. Shame on you.
