If I could give this veterinarian clinic 0 stars, I would. This clinic has tried to overcharge me multiple times (which I price-checked with other vets) & offers the WORST customer service. The lack of professionalism and compassion from The Downtown Veterinarian is astonishing. Never have I felt more taken advantage of by a veterinarian than when I took my dog to them. When my dog had a lump on his chest, I had to constantly call to see when the biopsy results would be read (which was an in-house event). I received no follo... read more
We have taken our dogs to Dr. Buchanan for years.He is very compassionate,caring and knowledgeable. He always goes the extra mile for our pets. They actually enjoy going to see him as they know they are going to get lots of hugs and kisses from Dr. B and his entire staff.We couldn't do without him!
