In the beginning I was in assumption that this place is more professional and actually held Toyota standards, but with time I discovered that it is no different then other unprofessional dealerships in Canada.

2022 october...Long delivery times for car and delivered incomplete minus two prepaid options and here we are 3 weeks later still no trunk liner terrible customer communication not a good experience at all.. 2025 march...service dept seems very disorganized simple maintenance can take all day. Poor scheduling. High staff turnover in service advisors
My wife and I just purchased a 2025 Toyota Tundra limited, and wanted to send out a thanks to the sales team at downtown Toyota, Khal,Telal and Marcos, these individuals were extremely professional and fair in every way possible, even with are trade in vehicle. They took the time to explain everything even when i had questions a couple days later. Thanks guys for making this purchase simple and hassle free.
