I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased Toyota’s 5-year “Appearance Gard” coverage for nearly $2,000, and it’s nothing but a trap. When we signed up, no deductible was mentioned. Now that I have a cracked windshield, I’ve been calling every single day, and Keshia (the service technician) keeps telling me that the “windshield guy” has no availability to even look at two photos. STAY AWAY I went here to buy a used car in the beginning of the July 2025. Muhammed said "Car probably will be ready around first or second week of the August. Maybe earlier too." Okay, nice but then in the beginning of August he said "Car will be ready on August 11." And, there is still no car... Edit: He messaged me after my comment and said "car is sold".
