Technician was running late due to a stomach problem but Downtown failed to let me know so I could adjust my schedule....They asked for my phone number when I scheduled the appointment...Why not use it.....Suzy
Had a nail in my driver's side/front tire. Took it in to get a patch. Because of the angle of the nail, and the fact that I had excessive uneven wear on the outside edge of the tire, the owner just replaced the tire with a quality, used tire, for the price of the patch. Excellent service, great communication, they really put the customer first. I'm new to the area, and I will be heading to DTC for all of my tire and break work.
Great location, prices are awesome, easy to get in and out of and very friendly atmosphere. Keep up the good work and thanks for being here.
