Love Downtown, parking may be tight but if you're willing to walk a bit there is no issue. Lots of local businesses with a mall full of chains and unique to the area stores. Lots of restoration work going on in recent years.
I'm concerned about not having enough non-metered or free parking. I used to go downtown everyday but now only about twice a week. Consider a solution to parking fines and I may come back more frequently.
