We contracted with DRG to manage our Minneapolis condo after interviewing a few other providers. While we've only been engaged with DRG for a little over a month at this point, our experience has been excellent. DRG knows the MSP market very well and their knowledge allowed us to get the condo rented quickly. The company has been very communicative and responsive to our requests and concerns and was quick to take action when issues arose during the pre-lease phase. Tim Carson and team are very professional to work with.

Don't rent from this company. DRG tried to add illegal charges to a lease that I had to dispute with them over a week. They also don't have any emergency repair services, leading to our apartment having no electricity for nearly a week in 95+ degree temperatures, all because they didn't have a single person to unlock the breaker box. And forget about a security deposit, 700 dollars for base cleaning fee + 1200$ in "pet odor fees". If I could give DRG a half or zero star rating, that would be preferred. I’ve lived in a DRG rental property for two months, and in that two months: 1. It took them a whole month to get me a mailbox key, despite me expressing that getting one was urgent as my partner/roommate gets medical prescriptions via the mail. And despite them noting that they gave me one on move-in day, which was false, it took a whole month to get a mailbox key at which point I then opened a mailbox filled to the brim with someone else’s mail and not... read more
Tim has been absolutely incredible to work with. From the start, he made the process of finding and securing responsible and respectful renters feel effortless, saving us so much time and sparing us from potential headaches.
