Im bias but i truly know this company is great!
Very shady, trying to rent condos that aren’t available, need a ton of work and overpriced. Weeks into the process and told a property that had been on the property for 2 months isn’t available due to oversights.
Do not under any circumstance rent a condo from DRG. I have rented internationally and across the country, and never seen such an unprofessional organization that does not care about their tenants. After working with Vlad for months to find the right unit for my cross country move, I picked up the keys to my new condo yesterday. The red flags began when no one could tell me which keys or fobs went to what, or how to access my parking garage, which was not shown on my tour. By far the worst moveout experience I have ever encountered. After moving out at the end of May, I asked my landlord, Michael Brase, to forward all of my mail to the new address, which included sensitive bank account information. Despite him claiming he mailed them, I never received it. In other words, he either lost or sent my bank account information to the wrong address. I have had the worst move out experience with DRG. I've been renting in Minneapolis for 10 years and never in my life have I been given a run around like I have with DRG. When I didn't receive my deposit after 21 days I contacted the office where I was assured they would "look into it". Thus began a MONTH of unreturned calls and emails. Each time I called they said they'd check in on what was going on but I would never receive a call back.
