I rented through them at Mission Lofts. It was the worst experience I've had with a management company. My heat went out multiple times in the winter, and they wouldn't answer the phone or reply to emails. I had to stay at a friends house for several days. They seemed to have been fired from the management of Mission Lofts, and they never told the new management company that I was moving out, and the new company was unaware that I had moved out. They took over our lease and has been horrible! They aren't honoring our lease, and actually have been trying to violate the lease by making increases that are direct violations of our lease. Now the hot water is out and maintenance hung up.
