"I went to this clinic today and was disappointed with the lack of adherence to medical ethics. During my examination, I was seen by an optometry intern who failed to disclose their status as a trainee or obtain my consent prior to the examination. As a patient, I believe it's essential to be informed and provide consent when being treated by someone in training. Great experience all around. Website is clean, easy to navigate, and has a powerful booking and scheduling tool. Dr. Bartlett was amazing, explains everything to you, and gives useful advice. But I think the best part is that she goes out of her way to make you comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was all very friendly, from the man who checked me in and did my preliminary exam, to the lady whom I ordered my glasses from, the lady at the desk when I paid, and when I came back to pick up my glasses.
