UNPROFESSIONAL....they had us there for 6 hours and still couldn't give is a yes or no answer. Said they would call is back with an answer and never received a called.
Several incident occurred during my experience at Downtown Motor. Their service manager "Miguel" lies and very dishonest. He will lied in a straight face and his commitment to the dealer has given false hopes and too many promise that he doesn't follow through. During my experience there has been tiring and draining. In addition, I had attempted several reasoning to resolve issues with the truck that I had purchased, but all it was a false hopes and misleading. Sadly to say that he makes other employee looks bad.
