While I acknowledge the presence of many dedicated doctors and staff within the system, regrettably, the staff at this particular location did not uphold the expected standard of professionalism and patient care. Specifically, the demeanor and attitudes displayed by the front desk person (a lady) towards patients and customers. This facility has Dr. Gonzalez one of the best doctors in the area. And the staff specially Maria, the best!!! I’d seeing complains about the customer service but that could be just one person not the whole office.

Beware they are thieves here. First, I made an appointment for an annual/routine physical (which took hours to make since the process was so confusing), but later got a copay bill. Asked my insurance company and they said it was coded as an office visit even though it was clearly an annual physical. Had to submit a request for them to change it. Then, they had me do bloodwork and scheduled another appointment for me to review it. When I asked why I couldn't just get the results over the phone or online they had no reason and... read more
