This hotel is so charming! The valet was helpful and kind. The front-desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. They upgraded our room for free and it had a great view of the city. The bed was so comfortable. Our only problem with the room was there was no fan in the room, and the AC was very weak. No fan in the bathroom either. The only fridge was full of drinks to buy, and left no room for us to store our own food/drinks. I had a great experience at the Proper Hotel. Manny at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming -he really made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself has a fantastic vibe and the service throughout was excellent. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting LA!
