This was my first visit to the Downtown Hair Lounge and it is such a cool, cute, and clean establishment. It has a nice little waiting area, the two stations for the hair stylists and and one for their nail tech as well! I got my hair done by Courtney, who I followed from her school to here because she treats my hair so good and I absolutely love and agdore her! Got my hair cut by Court this morning and I LOVE IT! Will be back for her to throw some color in it soon! Also, was able to witness Amber handle a little one get their first haircut and she was amazing at handling the situation where a kid was scared and unsure. 10/10 would recommend!
We've Brought my four year old son to multiple places for a hair cut and We've always had the same out come till now. he's always acted like an excerosim was taking place. Then we met Amber at Downtown Hair Lounge, and we will never go anywhere else again. she was so patient with him, and he didn't even shed one tear! 10 stars!! prices are worth the trip.
Amber is a game changer!! My son has a sensory disorder and can become overwhelmed when getting a hair cut, but not today! She made him feel comfortable and at ease, even got down on his level.
Amber was very good with baby’s first haircut. She is very creative and a bright spot in downtown NPR. We will be going there again and again for sure!
The ladies here a phenomenal. the energy is always positive and welcoming! i love getting my nails done by Christa! and my son adores Amber! shes amazing with children. i highly recommend the Downtown Hair Lounge forever!
