We had our son's and daughter in law rehearsal dinner there this past Friday night. The wait staff was so fantastic. The head server told me it was her first party and I had no idea. She was very good. The food was out of this world. Very very good. Richie always got back to me, answered my questions, they even changed the linen at the last minute for us. They decorated our display pictures of the bride and groom beautifully with candles. I can't say enough good things about this place. I recommend it highly.
We had dinner here twice in one week -- going through Macon to Blairsville and coming back. Sat at the bar one night and made reservations the next. Mussels very good --- wine sauce excellent with not too much garlic. Shrimp and grits appetizer mmmmmm! We also loved the fried artichoke. Service was excellent. Owner at the bar the last night -- good conversation. We stayed at the 1842 Inn BNB....nice walk down and back after dinner. Enjoyed Macon!!
We had dinner here last night for the first time, it definitely won't be our last. Everything was superb start to finish: fresh sourdough bread and grit fritters to start, followed by the mixed grill for myself while my husband had the maple duck breast - amazing. Excellent wine list to compliment too. We'll be back soon!
Absolutely amazing food served by a knowledgable and caring staff in a romantic setting. My husband and I absolutely love this place. ❤️
Not just the best restaurant in Macon but one of the finest places any where. The food, service and atmosphere are top notch! I make a point to stop every time I'm in town.
Haven't dined here in a while, but every time I've been I've never been disappointed.
We had our annual High Maintenance Salon/Spa Christmas party here last night. The food/drinks/service were all excellent! On a side note: We will request private rooms in the future! / : I work with a 'festive" group.
