All the negative reviews are true. Waited months for an initial appointment only to have them cancel it a day before. They left a message with their number for me to call if I have questions about the cancellation. I called back no answer and leave you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time just to end the call. Completely unprofessional. I never leave reviews for places but this was complete nonsense. Please don’t waste your time.
I was referred to Dr. Brelian by my primary doctor. I should’ve trusted my instincts and the early warning signs from the reviews on here to the first phone call I made. Back in November 2024, it took me over 45 minutes just to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment, and the earliest they had was nine months out, in August 2025. I figured I could wait. Don't bother trying to contact them, they're evidently not open for business.
All the "good reviews" don't mean a damned thing if you won't answer your incoming calls! You are obviously unwilling to fix the receptionist situation nor the phone situation and this has been happening for quite a while now. A bad impression made is an impossible reputation to overcome. Fix your damned phone issues!! How many complaints are you willing to accumulate before you take decisive action?!?!
It’s impossible to teach this office by phone. And their voicemail inbox is full, conveniently. Yet they tell you to book an appointment online, but online it tells you to CALL THE OFFICE. I can almost guarantee the workers are just sitting around at the office avoiding calls.
