All the "good reviews" don't mean a damned thing if you won't answer your incoming calls! You are obviously unwilling to fix the receptionist situation nor the phone situation and this has been happening for quite a while now. A bad impression made is an impossible reputation to overcome. Fix your damned phone issues!! How many complaints are you willing to accumulate before you take decisive action?!?!
It’s impossible to teach this office by phone. And their voicemail inbox is full, conveniently. Yet they tell you to book an appointment online, but online it tells you to CALL THE OFFICE. I can almost guarantee the workers are just sitting around at the office avoiding calls.
The doctor is very nice and helpful, but you will wait a long time for your in office appointment. That's if you can actually get one over the phone. It always seems no one ever answers the phone, and you're sent to a voicemail system where you can't even leave a message, because the voicemail (23) is always full. It then asks you to book an appointment online, but when you do, it says to call the office to book the appointment.
