Rather than say "We are not accepting new patients right now", the receptionist I called said "We are not accepting new patients from your insurance" after I mentioned being on Oregon Health Plan which is discrimination, yeah?
Dr Lantsberger saved my Achilles tendon from rupture! With slow and steady treatment with athletic taping, heel lift pads, REST and icing my tendon improved. She’s friendly and a great communicator. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I’ve been a patient of Dr.s Kennedy & Lantsberger for the better part of 20+ Years. I have visited the Gresham And Downtown Offices. I have always found them to be professional, friendly and accommodating. They’ve treated my family members and we’re all happy with the service. Unfortunately😔, I’m gonna be a lifetime patient. But it’s okay. They’re like family. And we get to catch up since the last appointment. Highly recommend these folks.
Took X-ray of wrong foot, then had the audacity to mail me a bill for it!! Filed complaint about her already for incompetence and medical negligence. Now will file for insurance and billing fraud. Not only for this, she charged me 400 dollars for orthotics, claiming I hadn’t met an insurance deductible. When I went to a new podiatrist, I found that my insurance covers 80% of orthotics with no deductible. Lantsberger is a sleazy con man.
