You have to be kidding with people skills like that.... – I was considering using this doctor and scheduled my first appointment the evening prior to my visit. His schedule was pretty open -- which should have been warning sign in itself! The morning of my appointment, something unavoidable came up and I had to cancel. When I called to reschedule, the doctor picked up and I apologized for such a late cancellation notice. Hello, I'm Doctor Horowitz – This is what I've heard from the man everytime I've seen him for the past 5 years of my being his patient. In other words, he never recognizes me. Not that I see him too often, but there's not even a glint of recognition until we really go into my records/files. Even then, there's not even a "How've you been?" He has no bed side manner. Worst Staff in the world – My friend has been seeing Dr. Horowitz for years and loves him. I can tell he is a well informed doctor but that all gets negated by the staff and his attitude. I have never never seen such a horrible and uncaring staff. My last visit, I had made an appointment in January for February (3 weeks later is his only opening), and then they call me the day before to cancel but the next available appointment was another 3 weeks later.
