This is honestly the best gym in town. Its 24 hours and Whether you train strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding, (though if youre JUST into crossfit, Crossfit Murray would be a better option) or just wanna work out, its got the equipment for everyone. They have whatever machines you need and bars for all sorts of lifting. Theres more advanced stuff like stones, tires, ropes, chains, bands, sleds, etc.. This is the best gym I've ever been a member of. In addition to being 24/7, it also has most training equipment that anyone could ask for. Whether you are interested in bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, or functional fitness, this gym has everything you need.
Great atmosphere!
This is a great space with a great staff. Love the 24/7 access - makes working out a whole lot easier.
