ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been using Downtown drug as a pharmacy for a few years. Up until recently I have very much enjoyed using this business as a place to get my medications and more. It used to be a convenient, easy and welcoming place to get my prescriptions filled.
