The worst dental clinic I’ve ever been to. I waited 3 weeks for my custom night guard, which I desperately needed due to severe jaw pain from TMJ disorder. When I finally reached out to them myself, I found out it had actually been ready within the first week. Their excuse was simply that they had left a voicemail. I visited a dentist because I was experiencing pain when chewing. My Doc was Chinese, He assume that the existing filling was the problem and replaced it, but the pain didn’t improve at all. On top of that, He used so much anesthetic that I ended up with bruising in my gum, which stayed painful for about five days. Ive never had that strong numb ever in my life. And I also had to pay money on top of my insurance even tho its 100% cover. Which they didn't even explain before. I also had the filling adjusted twice for the bite... read more
