I’ve been going to Downtown Dentistry for about 4 years now and every visit has been such a positive experience. Over the summer, I chipped my crown multiple times and Dr. Ho was incredibly kind and accommodating. He did an excellent job with temporary fillings while I waited for my specialist appointment, and even though it was my fault the fillings kept coming off, he only charged me for the initial one. Dr. Yang was absolutely great and carefully working on the treatment for my teeth. But I was charged by the clinic operator with higher price code than the Sunlife insurance pay codes causing that I had to pay about 10% extra from my pocket for my treatment. I got the explaination upon calling the clinic that their price codes may be different than insurance company, for example the clinic is located in downtown with higher cost…
