Disappointed with my visit today. In my adolescence, the downtown location was my primary dentist for years, and I always had great interactions with the staff. I scheduled an appointment online for a routine cleaning. Unbeknownst to me, a family member also had an appointment at the same location and time. For some reason, reception couldn’t tell us apart—which is odd, considering I’m a young female and he’s an elderly male.
